This position is open within the Endpoint Security Engineering, which is a group of professionals who thrive on tackling complex challenges and staying on top of the continuously evolving cybersecurity landscape.

As a Lead Endpoint Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our enterprise and production environments.
You'll dive into various security endpoint capabilities, including Anti-Malware, Security Baselines (CIS), Data Loss Prevention, Multi-Factor Authentication, Endpoint Detection & Response, File Integrity Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanning, and Public Key Infrastructure.
Your tasks will include:
Implementing, maintaining, tuning, and troubleshooting security endpoint solutions.
Collaborating on technology refresh projects.
Leading automation efforts to streamline security processes and drive efficiency.
Serving as a key liaison for vendor-related matters, contributing to issue troubleshooting, licensing, and evaluating new features and capabilities.
Supporting security investigations to Swiftly mitigate potential risks.
Participating in audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Staying up to date on emerging cybersecurity trends and sharing your knowledge with the team.
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for IT and information security, coupled with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.

A strong communicator who can translate technical challenges to various audiences.
An inherent sense of ownership and responsibility.
Experience with CIS and vulnerability scanning is strongly desired.
Solid administrator experience with Windows & Linux is strongly desired.
Experience with Python, (shell) scripting, and Ansible is strongly desired.
A solid understanding of webservers and databases.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and the independence to work on tasks autonomously.
A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance your skills and knowledge.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Security certification is strongly desired, preferably in - SANS certifications, compTIA security certifications, and ISC2 - (CISSP)
