About the Role

Busy Bees at Pimpama is seeking a confident and passionate Lead Educator to join our Hive.

Our 108-place service offers a vibrant and supportive environment where you will lead your own room and guide a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in mentoring your team, driving programming, and ensuring the best outcomes for children.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of educators within your room
• Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Supporting children’s development, learning, and wellbeing
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards and centre policies
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
