As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead and guide a team of educators within your room
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the NQS, centre policies, and regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and centre quality outcomes

🌱 About You

You bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in a Lead Educator role or confidence stepping into leadership
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for mentoring others and supporting children’s development
