Licensed Capacity: 98
Hourly Rate: $32.34 – $39.24 per hour

About the Role

At Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters, we are looking for a passionate and qualified Lead Educator to take charge of your own room and support the service in delivering quality education and care.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure all programs align with EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Mentor and support fellow educators within your room.
• Build positive partnerships with families to support children’s learning journeys.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
• Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
