About the Roles

Lead Educator (Full-Time)

As a Lead Educator, you will take ownership of your room, guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Casual Educators

As a Casual Educator, you will support the team across different rooms, bringing flexibility, reliability, and positive energy.

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily routines and learning experiences
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Build strong relationships with children and team members
• Step into rooms as required to support ratios and programming

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Valid Working with Children Check (QLD – Blue Card)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education

For Lead Educator:

• Previous experience leading a room
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to mentor and guide a team
