About the Role

Busy Bees at Beenleigh is seeking passionate and experienced Educators and Lead Educators to join our Hive.

Our 75-place service offers a supportive and collaborative environment where you can grow your career. Whether you are an experienced Educator ready to step up or an established Lead Educator, we have opportunities to suit your experience level.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality early learning programs and fostering a positive environment for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the team
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Leading a room (for Lead Educators), including mentoring team members and overseeing programming

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III, Diploma, or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Leadership skills (for Lead Educator applicants)
• A passion for early childhood education and team collaboration
