About the Department:
The OSAM technology team values transparency, discipline, and collaboration. You will:
Investigate and resolve data issues across applications and SQL workflows.
Perform diagnostics to ensure data integrity and lineage.
Implement short-term fixes with rollback plans for safety.
Optimize stored procedures and business logic for stability.
Update C# ingestion code to improve pipeline reliability.
Design and maintain ETL workflows for curated data layers.
Apply validation and monitoring to prevent anomalies.
Document data lineage and maintain operational playbooks.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enforce standards.
Communicate incident status and improvements to leadership.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7–10 years of programming experience.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with stored procedures.
Proficiency in C# and data pipeline troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
