Job Summary

Join an energetic team, passionate about Digital channels, Innovation and emerging technology in banking. This is a management role, where you must have a proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavours and delivering solutions. As the Head of Data Enablement you must be able to come in and mature the data capability. Be confident with business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and
analytical approaches/options.
Ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment. You must show progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts. This is a is technical in nature and must be able to leverage your influence within your position within a large corporate and investment bank, have excellent business acumen and interpersonal skill and be able to work across business lines to influence and effect change to achieve common goal.

Job Description

Strategic Execution: Oversee the management and execution of data sourcing, emerging platforms and technology and use research to drive the development of new use cases

Capability Maturity: Mature the data platform for Digital Business and the Corporate and Investment Bank

Solution Embedment: Oversee the deployment of the data platform for digital business and Corporate and Investment Bank

Leadership and Communication: This is a senior role where you will be required to lead research, strategy creation and development of new data products or services to expand markets, monetise data to help grow the revenue

Minimum Education and Experience:

• CVM as well as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)

• 5+ years' experience with a strong technical data background

• Data & Analytics experience as a Senior manager role from banking or consulting

• Demonstrated leadership; proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavor's and delivering solutions for B2B customers

• Ability to drive data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.

• Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance.

• Ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

• Experience in Banking / Finance is ideal

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
