Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end development of batch, streaming, and event-driven pipelines that ingest identity, entitlement, and audit data (LDAP, SCIM, REST, SQL, API, log, and file).
- Design and implement identity correlation, matching, and de-duplication logic to create a “single source of truth” for every human and non-human identity.
- Model data using RadiantLogic IDDF/IDDM (or equivalent) to publish global profiles over LDAP, REST, and Graph APIs.
- Partner with IAM, PAM, HRIS, Cloud, and Application teams to understand schemas, define SLAs, and automate data quality controls.
- Build lineage dashboards and monitoring to ensure data freshness, integrity, and compliance (SOX, PCI, HIPAA).
- Continuously improve pipeline performance, reliability, and security through CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing.
What You'll Need To Bring:
- 14+ years in data engineering or IAM data analytics
- Hands-on with ETL/ELT frameworks
- Exposure to IAM concepts: IGA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, directory services.
- Experience with identity protocols and APIs—LDAP, SCIM v2, REST/JSON, OAuth/OIDC, SAML.
- Proven record of correlating identities across HR, AD/AAD, SailPoint, CyberArk, AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Strong data-modeling skills (relational, graph, and/or document).
Nice To Have:
- Radiant Logic IDDF/IDDM, Global Identity Builder, or comparable virtualization platform.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- Strong communication, diagramming, and documentation abilities—able to explain complex data flows to both engineers and executives.
- Self-starter who can prioritize, execute, and iterate in a fast-moving environment.
