DUTIES: Lead strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with global teams, and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. Effective project management and commitment to quality assurance are essential to ensure timely delivery and high standards for all deliverables. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the ServiceNow platform. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap that aligns with business goals and stakeholder needs. Engage with internal stakeholders and other business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all IAM ServiceNow-related inquiries and initiatives. Gather feedback and requirements from customers to inform product decisions. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Partner and collaborate with international and diverse teams to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations, effective handovers, and foster a unified team culture. Establish and maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure that the platform meets user expectations and complies with best practices. Continuously manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and requirements. Prioritize features and tasks for development sprints based on business value, stakeholder input, and resource availability. Make informed day-to-day decisions to address development challenges and trade-offs. Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, provide ongoing clarification, and support the team in overcoming any obstacles. Ensure alignment between development efforts and strategic goals. Identify gaps in existing solutions, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements. Partner with Engineering Tier 2 / Tier 3 support teams as needed to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless operation.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology and management and 3 Years of experience in the job offered or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation with ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and best practices; utilizing Agile / Product Owner; ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and best practices; PowerBI; and Data Analytics.
