Lead Coordinator, Labeling and Technical Publications

Summary:

The Lead Labeling and Technical Publications Coordinator is responsible for compiling, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation including blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The Coordinator manages both electronic and hardcopy document control systems in alignment with GMP and QSR requirements. In this role, you will also review labeling changes to confirm they are data-supported, accurate, and consistent with regulatory applications, working closely with document owners to resolve discrepancies.

What You Will Do:

  • Support setup and implementation of labeling for design changes using the Stryker Neurovascular labeling system, partnering with Operations as needed.
  • Execute labeling verification processes and ensure accurate production implementation.
  • Research and develop clear, well-structured technical content related to products, technologies, test methods, and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with Quality Policy and regulatory requirements, supporting continuous improvement in complex quality areas.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality SOPs, technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering materials that meet applicable standards and audience needs.
  • Review technical publications with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and zero documentation escapes.
  • Participate in problem-solving efforts to resolve technical issues and document outcomes within the quality system.
  • Support updates to SOPs, work instructions, forms, templates, and training materials as regulations and quality systems evolve.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree

$25.77/hr. – $35.37/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
