As the first Lead Account Manager, you will be the architect of our client success framework, defining the overall strategy for how we manage and scale our global customers and partnerships. You will bridge the gap between high-level business vision and operational excellence, setting the standard for enterprise-grade communication and sophisticated client success workflows. Working in close alignment with our management team, you will build from scratch, mentor the team, and design the cross-functional processes that ensure our product’s evolution directly fuels our revenue goals.
