• Design, develop and maintain standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, auditable and aligned with MRM policy and procedures; implement version control and governance.
• Support Model Risk Management activities including, issues management, findings management, scheduling and tracking.
• Coordinate project planning, scoping, prioritization and governance for Model Risk Management initiatives.
• Define data requirements, data source, and data quality rules; collaborate with internal and external teams to assemble requirements for reporting needs, help with data-driven decision making, strive to get data from authoritative sources to reporting via in house Model Risk Tool and enterprise tools
• Research anomalies in data, processes, and deliverables to address immediate issues, identify root cause, and plans to prevent.
• Elicit, document and refine business requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Execute assigned operational tasks independently, tracking and executing deliverables to timely completion.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create process maps and visuals for business presentations.
• Lead process changes effectively and bring in thought leadership for enhancement of current processes.
• Work with business and technology partners to develop, test, and implement technology solutions for projects and business as usual (BAU) technology changes. See opportunities for automation to more efficiently provide repeatable task to reduce manual effort.
• Strengthen engagement with the larger team and reinforce leader effectiveness.
Develop project performance reports and ensure organizational tasks are carried out efficiently.
Support audit and regulatory request work.
• Identify, communicate, and implement process improvements.
