About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Technical capabilities and interest in low/no-code tools such as Indigo, Alteryx, Power BI, PowerApps
Strong knowledge of control documentation and expectations
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
Solid critical thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
Shift:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring high‑quality execution, proper documentation, and on‑time delivery.
- Develop, manage, and execute test plans and test cases, oversee defect tracking, and collaborate closely with technology and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform manual testing, identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Take ownership of end‑to‑end release management, including preparing test plans ahead of release cycles, ensuring testing completeness, coordinating and participating in Go‑No‑Go meetings, and driving overall release readiness.
- Conduct post‑release validation to ensure system stability and prepare comprehensive release decks summarizing changes, testing outcomes, and post‑deployment confirmations.
- Work as a Business Analyst under an assigned Product Owner, supporting backlog refinement, requirement gathering, and delivery planning.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, or workflow optimization.
- Perform analytical reconciliations between applications to identify breaks, investigate root causes, and drive resolution with relevant teams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test cycles, validating readiness, and ensuring business teams are fully prepared for product or system launches.
- Monitor, track, and report project progress, including risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones, ensuring timely communication and escalation as needed.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and operations to ensure alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and system behavior.
- Possess strong knowledge of U.S. taxation, enabling effective interpretation of tax-related requirements and accurate validation of tax flows within systems.
Job Expectations:
- Shift timing 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM IST & 1.30 pm to 10.30 PM
- 3+ Days Work from Office
