Lead Business Execution Consultant - Product Delivery Lead

In this role, you will:

Product delivery leadership & execution

  • Partner closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, Technology partners, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate delivery of committed outcomes and connect the activities needed to bring product work from ideation to market, ensuring alignment to product goals and priorities.
  • Serve as a key connector across Product, Technology, and Enablement teams, fostering strong working relationships, shared understanding, and timely decision‑making to support efficient, high‑quality delivery.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives by aligning stakeholders around delivery commitments, supporting execution from analysis through implementation, and proactively addressing risks and tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate cross‑team delivery by identifying, managing, and escalating dependencies, risks, and impediments within and outside the product, partnering with Technology and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Bring transparency to discovery and delivery activities by making progress, risks, and decisions visible, enabling Product Owners, Technology partners, and stakeholders to address issues early and course‑correct as needed.
  • Use leading and lagging indicators to provide thought leadership on delivery health, facilitate data‑informed conversations with Product and Technology leaders, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Intake, prioritization, planning & capacity

  • Help manage incoming work by leading intake and prioritization practices, guiding conversations about what should be tackled first and ensuring work is ready to proceed.
  • Support product planning through organization and capacity planning discussions and by helping teams assess feasibility and risk to support a realistic roadmap.

Change management, adoption & communication

  • Ensure the product follows change management discipline, including adherence to Enterprise Change Management (ECM) standards and practices, and partner with product and stakeholder teams to support effective communication, readiness, and adoption.

Agile operating model enablement

  • Facilitate and enable product delivery routines that monitor progress, surface impediments, review sprint metrics, and track release schedules, supporting a steady, high‑performing delivery rhythm.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional work to strategize, plan, and execute complex initiatives, driving accountability and reducing risk exposure
  • Experience researching and analyzing moderately complex business, operational, and/or strategic initiatives and translating insights into executable plans
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery practices and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and supporting change readiness and adoption in a product delivery context

  • Experience establishing or maturing intake, prioritization, and delivery health practices within a product environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and predictable outcomes
  • Experience supporting large planning and delivery efforts across multiple product teams
  • Strong judgment and decision‑making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels
  • Experience using agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira) to support transparency and execution

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid working schedule

  • This role requires an onsite presence in one of the posted locations.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
