WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?

Lead. Inspire. Innovate. Define Your Future.

Not everyone who works for a global company shares the same background, experiences and perspectives. We leverage the differences of our employees to bring new ideas to the table. Every employee throughout the company is encouraged to share input on projects and initiatives. Our decision-making process is truly a collaborative effort as we realize there are leaders at every level of the organization. We put our values at the core of how we operate as an organization — not just when it’s convenient, but in a lasting and meaningful way. We want the time and energy you spend here to have a positive impact on your life inside and outside of the office.

The Role

As a Lead, Business Analyst Digital Manufacturing, you will be a key leader shaping the future of our factories. You'll travel to our manufacturing sites globally to find and launch high-impact digital projects. You'll analyze our production and quality processes to uncover the most valuable opportunities for improvement. You will then define and lead these programs from idea to execution, bridging the gap between our operational needs and our digital strategy. This is a hands-on role for a leader who is passionate about using technology to solve real-world challenges and drive business results

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across global manufacturing sites by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities for the implementation of digital technologies and solutions.

  • Champion Agentic AI/ML and Advanced data capabilities within manufacturing and quality domains

  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and deep data analysis to map current-state processes, systems, and performance, ultimately identifying and quantifying key value opportunities.

  • Develop, lead, and ensure clean execution of the program scope for deploying digital capabilities (e.g., MES, QMS, advanced analytics, IIoT) tailored to specific site needs, ensuring alignment with the broader Digital Business Transformation vision.

  • Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle, including the development and maintenance of timelines, resource plans, budgets, and vendor management to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of new digital tools and data-driven methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value and impact of digital initiatives, translating technical deployments into tangible business outcomes in quality, safety, delivery, and cost.

What We Seek

  • 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations roles, with a strong emphasis on operations and quality management and digital acumen

  • Understanding of managing quality across the entire manufacturing supply chain within a plant, from incoming material inspection to in-process controls and final product release

  • Experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI/ML solutions in manufacturing and manufacturing quality

  • Proven ability to analyze complex operational and quality processes, identify inefficiencies, and accurately determine the business value of potential digital solutions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently lead workshops, present to executive stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with global teams both in-person and through digital channels

  • Experience with digital manufacturing and quality technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), IIoT, data analytics, and factory automation.

  • Demonstrated experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and on budget

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field

  • Willingness to travel globally to our manufacturing sites as needed 10% – 30%

What We Offer:

Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck. Whether you’re looking to build your career, improve your health, or protect your wealth, we offer generous benefits to help you achieve your goals.

  • Compensation: $116,000.00–$160,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
