In this role, you will:

  • Manage strategic partner relationships with Asset Management firms and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Maintain and analyze business, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service

  • Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client/partner satisfaction

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions

  • Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships

  • Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction

  • Provide analysis and negotiation of contracts or issues

  • Manage projects, troubleshoot issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 exam sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration

  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 63 (or Series 66) exam sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

  • Ability to gather information and make recommendations to senior leaders

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel between 10% and 20% of the time

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$110,000.00 - $179,000.00
