We’re looking for a talented and commercially driven individual to join our Westfield Rise team as a Lead Brand Solutions Manager. Westfield Rise (WR) is URW’s in-house agency, acting as a one-stop shop for brands to create innovative, high-impact campaigns powered by a best-in-class retail media platform. Our offering spans brand experience, partnerships, media, digital platforms and data-led solutions—helping clients connect with audiences in meaningful and measurable ways.

Our team is made up of three core functions:

  • Client Solutions – managing inbound demand, building long-term partnerships, and growing and retaining key clients

  • New Business – driving incremental revenue through new client acquisition and strategic, high-value partnerships

  • Media & Data – focused on media partnerships, revenue optimisation, agency network development, and performance-led solutions

This role sits within Westfield Rise UK (part of our Northern Europe region, including Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands) and will lead the Client Solutions team. It is a senior, client-facing commercial role, focused on driving revenue growth and delivering best-in-class partnerships.

What you will be doing… 

  • Responsible for driving revenue through clients and agencies to achieve the overall budget

  • Identify a strong pipeline of brand targets in key market areas, and pursue those targets with creative options

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across media, experiential, for inbound tactical brands

  • Identify all sales opportunities, short and long term, with the emphasis on developing into wider brand partnerships

  • Strong sales skills and relationships with Brand Experience, PR and media agencies and clients

  • Chase leads and maintains up-to-date with latest client campaigns and competitor activity. Strong understanding of UK agencies' links to Europe to leverage global deals.

  • Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. marketing, centre management, Operating Management) to maximise the value of bookings and maintain standards throughout the centres

  • Manage and develop a team with two direct reports

Sales Performance

  • Develop professional and long-term relationships with clients, media, promotional and specialist agencies

  • Oversee research leads and remain up to date with the latest client campaigns and competitor activity

  • Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Marketing, Centre Management, Events) to maximise revenue and enhance the customer experience.

  • Ensure the CRM contact database is maintained and updated monthly

  • Support Pan European pitches and research/strategy collateral

  • Collaborate with the other regional teams to onboard new opportunities and share best practices

  • Strengthen client’s loyalty by building genuine relationships and strategic partnerships​

  • Share best practices and closely collaborate with the New Business Team (NBT) and other departments for future recurring growth potential

Account Management

  • Work to ensure the legal contracts are issued and accurately recorded in reports for all transactions

  • Ensure all account procedures are adhered to for invoicing, collection of payments and sales reporting

  • Ensure all sales collateral, specific information and presentations are updated in line with Global guidelines and industry requirements

  • Understanding of the approval process, including technical compliance, fire safety and health and safety requirements

  • Ongoing monthly financial reporting and forecasting, including occupancy and analysis

  • Ensuring all income and pipeline are correctly reported through the CP Tool

  • Maintains Westfield's zero-debt policy

  • Contribute to monthly forecasting and budget reporting by ensuring the highest level of accuracy in the tracking tools

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful? 

  • Relevant sales experience (+8 years) to lead the team with new business, strategic selling and presentation skills

  • Demonstrable sales experience dealing at a national or Director level with major brands and agencies

  • A proven track record of selling partnerships, experiential, or Events

  • Hold a genuine understanding of marketing/advertising/promotions, and have the ability to listen to a brand/agency, understand their challenges and provide them with an appealing mix of solutions

  • Ability to build on existing network and able to open doors at the right level

  • Excellent sales skills and marketing/media/events/experiential market knowledge

  • Demonstrate strong managerial and organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail

  • Willing to travel to all UK centres regularly and European centres occasionally, when required

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Commercially minded

  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills

  • Experience working in a busy, demanding and pressurised environment

  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage time

  • Driven and self-motivated to deliver results

  • Team player, maintaining close working relationships with the team and other employees to achieve targets

  • Computer literate in Microsoft programmes: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams, SharePoint
