About the Role:

The Lead Brand Designer will own the visual expression of Parachute Health’s brand across product storytelling, campaigns, and customer communications.

This is a hands-on creative role that bridges marketing, product, and design, combining design execution with strategic thinking to make our solutions easy to understand, inspiring to use, and memorable in-market.

This role owns the external/marketing brand expression and collaborates closely with Product Design to ensure cohesion with our in-product design system (Canopy).

Product Storytelling & UX–to–Marketing Integration

  • Translate product workflows and features into visual narratives—mockups, diagrams, animations, and video—for use in launches, the Knowledge Base, and release communications.
  • Bring clarity and polish to visual documentation, ensuring every feature story connects to Parachute’s broader platform narrative.

Growth Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and external agencies to develop campaign visuals and creative content across web, social, and digital ads.
  • Design materials that showcase Parachute’s impact for HME providers, clinicians, health systems, and payors, driving new acquisition and expansion.
  • Support webinar, field, and sales enablement programs through clear, on-brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve Parachute’s brand guidelines, templates, and creative libraries.
