You’ll collaborate with Jordan Basketball Design leaders, the Performance Design Integration Director, and the Business Integration team. Together, this group drives process excellence, solves complex challenges, and ensures seamless integration across design functions.

The Jordan Basketball Design Integration Lead is a proactive, organized, and collaborative problem-solver who keeps the Basketball Design Studio running at its best. This role demands a strategic thinker who can prioritize, adapt, and lead with confidence.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project management within complex organizations
Experience with design and product creation processes, specifically footwear and apparel
Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision
Expertise in building scalable systems and tools for creative environments
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll partner across apparel and footwear design and business functions to make the product creation process clear, efficient, and impactful—delivering game-changing products to athletes*.
Drive cross-functional integration of footwear and apparel processes using templates, tools, and clear communications
Collaborate with product creation partners to develop plans for key dates and deliverables
Enable high-performance design studio practices by executing process excellence and aligning Product, Color, Material, and Graphics design functions
Work closely with the Performance Design Integration Director to implement scalable solutions and ensure policies and procedures are followed
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met for design teams and upstream/downstream partners
Advance integrated apparel and footwear process milestones to keep work aligned with briefs, marketplace capacity, and consumer expectations
Analyze line plans to balance team workload capacity and provide insights for strategic decisions
