Key Responsibilities
Marketing Cloud Intelligence Development & Management
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Marketing Cloud Intelligence dashboards, widgets, and reports.
- Develop and manage data ingestion flows, data streams, harmonization, and calculated fields.
- Optimize data models, mappings, and ETL processes within Marketing Cloud Intelligence for accuracy and performance.
- Create custom Marketing Cloud Intelligence automation scripts and leverage Marketing Cloud Intelligence’s API functionality where needed.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyse multi‑channel marketing, sales, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.
- Support business teams with regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence in an analyst or developer role.
- Strong hands-on skills in:
- Data Model creation
- Data Streams and harmonization
- Calculated Metrics and advanced dashboarding.
- Marketing Cloud Intelligence Automation & APIs (good to have)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
