We're seeking a Lead Business Analyst, Customer Impact & Analytics, to elevate our data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as a technical leader and a mentor for the entire GTM function. Your work will directly shape our GTM and Analytical strategy, driving informed decision-making across the company.
You will be responsible for defining and driving our analytical roadmap. As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with GTM teams (ASD, Key Accounts, CIV), products, and operations to ensure analytical best practices are driving business, product, and engagement strategies. Your leadership will be critical in advancing our analytical capabilities, standardizing processes, and empowering teams to answer critical business questions and make data-driven improvements.
