Lead, Agency Benefits and Admin Support

General Description:

  • Leads Agency Benefits and Admin Support team and activities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to distributors in an efficient manner i.e., within agreed turn-around time to improve distributor experience and drive engagement.

  • Owns and resolves distributor issues related to benefits and admin items on time within agreed turn-around time, either through direct handling or escalation to the concerned business unit.

  • Collaborates with Receivables team Advisors Account Receivables particularly from the loans program and other special incentives directly and through active participation and contribution to the Agency Receivables team.

Position Responsibilities:

Benefits

  • Manages and administers the Agency benefits program which includes health insurance, group insurance, agency savings incentive, and business loans (i.e., GAMA, MDRT, PIFAAP, SUF). 

  • Conducts periodic benchmarking and find areas for improvement in the Benefits Program to aide in driving an improvement in the productivity of our advisors and leaders. 

  • Ensures spending on the benefits program is within allowed expense budget by regularly forecasting and monitoring expenses. 

  • Analyzes regulations and ensures compliance with all controls.

  • Coordinates with Sales Management Team to provide knowledge of all rules and processes.

  • Maintains integrity of the records – physical documents as well as system records.

  • Provides relevant reports considered necessary.

Admin Support

  • Ensures admin support processes comply within service level arrangements which include IDs, office badges, calling cards, secretary codes, certification requests, bank endorsement requests, unit/branch/region name updates, NMA update, and requests for O365 emails. 

  • Manages agency clearance process and ensure that each stakeholder involved in the process meets service level agreement. 

  • Provides status of each advisor on qualification to incentives and rewards. 

  • Ensures prompt posting of licensed advisor names in PWS. 

  • Handles withholding and lifting of withholding status of each advisor in relation to the completion of mandatory courses (i.e., compliance and product courses). 

  • Facilitates at least twice a year the update of advisor info in AMS. 

  • Manage advisors and agency leader contracts. 

  • Accepts resignation letters and coordination with Licensing on termination of advisors in AMS. 

  • Manages RRR letters to agency leaders. 

  • Provides relevant and prompt reports considered necessary to ensure proper management and monitoring of tasks clearances like clearances, loans, business cards, ids, receivables, etc.

  • Perform tasks assigned and considered necessary by the receivables team. 

  • Supports receivables team on the loan portfolio collection efforts from active and inactive advisors and prepare the necessary reports for escalation to decide on collection issues / challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a degree holder of any 4-year business-related course.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration and Sales Support in a sales or marketing organization

  • MS Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Document Management apps and tools are an advantage.
