YOUR MISSION

THE JOURNEY

• Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of daily accounting operations
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two accountants to achieve departmental goals and ensure high-quality performance
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax reporting requirements, including VAT, CPT, and preparation of financial statements
• Manage and execute month-end closing procedures, performing detailed accounting checks and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Support internal, local, and tax audits by providing accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Manage business travel expenses, employee reimbursements, and general operational expenditures
• Provide expert guidance and support to business units on tax-related matters and compliance requirements
• Oversee intercompany transactions and recharges, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Strong command of English (B2 level), with good written and verbal communication skills
• Native level Ukrainian language
• Over 2 years of proven experience in accounting and financial operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate team activities effectively
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and reporting software, including 1C, BAS, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a solid understanding of financial documentation and compliance standards
