We are expanding our Learning & Development team and seeking a dedicated L&D Specialist to support the continuous growth of our professionals. Operating in a fast-paced fintech environment, you will play a hands-on role in translating business requirements into effective, engaging learning materials.
In collaboration with various department stakeholders, your key focus will be on the hands-on delivery of our learning initiatives. This includes the development of engaging courses within LMS, the measurement of training effectiveness, and the exploration of innovative learning formats.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end learning experience: from identifying business needs to measuring ROI
- Create and optimize content within the LMS
- Contribute to the design and rollout of key L&D initiatives (leadership, technical, onboarding, values)
- Partner with team leads and stakeholders to design impactful training programs
- Define KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness through analytics and feedback
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate skills, performance, and learning progress
- Experiment with different formats: AI, video, interactive learning, workshops
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development and E-learning
- Proven experience in creating e-learning courses (portfolio will be a plus)
- Expertise in LMS administration and content management
- Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize learning
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- English level - Upper-intermediate
Will be a plus
- Experience creating video-based courses
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered tools
- Experience with AI/Tech-related training topics
- Coaching or mentoring experience
