What you are going to do
With the team, you are responsible for creating a sustainable learning infrastructure that will guide our people and organisation to continuously learn and grow.
You will work on the content side of Learning & Development, helping to steer strategic choices around learning and skills. Together with HR and other stakeholders, you will develop frameworks, a clear vision, and practical guidelines aligned with our strategic priorities. You will act as a sparring partner for the project team and bring your expertise to create impactful solutions.
You will deliver L&D advice and expertise, using the latest techniques and creative solutions to make learning within NN not only effective but also inspirational and fun.
You detect and translate overarching and strategic learning needs into impactful and engaging learning solutions and/or up-/reskilling initiatives
You help to introduce and embed a skills methodology within our organisation
You advise on the design and support in the implementation of strategic learning and development programmes
You create pragmatic, clear and inspiring guidelines, policies and processes for various groups in the business regarding ways of working, vision on learning, (preferred) suppliers, etc

Who you are
You have at least 5 years experience in strategic L&D projects and developing learning concepts in a corporate environment, preferably with a Development/Educational Design L&D background, or you bring relevant consultancy experience
You are tech-savvy with a keen understanding of (or curiosity towards) how AI and data will impact the future of the workforce and you think ahead on how this translates to impactful L&D interventions
You are a self-starter, with a clear communication style (fluency in English required, Dutch is plus) and excellent stakeholder management skills
You enjoy working within a high-paced, international environment
You have a curious (analytical) mind and are willing to constructively challenge the status quo, while being able to get to practical solutions
You hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree and have a customer-oriented mindset
