About this role
The Learning Multimedia & AI Production Associate is the creative engine of the Scaled Learning Team in Mumbai, responsible for driving digital learning content production in a wide variety of topics – ranging from asset management to compliance. This role focuses on the deployment of the AI-based authoring toolkit to reduce traditional production hours while significantly increasing learner engagement. You will be responsible for replacing text-heavy, static content with high-fidelity interactive simulations, AI-driven avatars, and motion graphics that simplify complex financial concepts.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Ability to plan training with strong creative vision.
Quick understanding of new subject matter with the ability to quickly demonstrate creative vision in storyboards to the stakeholders.
Experience creating reusable training templates.
Proactive approach and current knowledge of interactive training design.
Skill in developing design frameworks suited to the firm's needs.
Focus on producing scalable, sustainable content.
Are tool agnostic and pick up new tools easily to create multimedia and interactive trainings.
Core Skills Required:
6-8 years of experience with bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field – master’s degree preferred.
Video Production: Mastery of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia and AI-driven video-based authoring platforms (like Synthesia) to create scalable, avatar-led content for global audiences.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Advanced skills in animation tools (like Vyond) and Adobe Creative Suite to create immersive storytelling.
Strong familiarity with Articulate 360 learning authoring platform to manage existing Storyline and Rise content.
UI/UX for Learning: Ability to design intuitive learner interfaces and high-quality visual assets that align with brand standards.
Template Architecture: Skill in building and maintaining Master Templates that enable the broader production team to execute content with rapid speed and brand consistency.
Selection Criteria (Proof of Work):
A Digital Portfolio or Demo content is mandatory. This must showcase at least one example of high-end AI-video production (e.g., using AI avatars for leadership messaging) and one example of a complex interactive simulation demonstrating visual and functional sophistication (ideally demonstrating branching or ability to personalize experience).
