L&D Associate / Instructional designer

We are looking for an L&D Associate / Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that help our colleagues and our clients build capability.

The role will support the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences
  • Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops
  • Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots
  • Support learning operations and coordination activities
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience required
  • Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma) and applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
  • Experience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs, system integrations
  • Exposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
