Program Summary
As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

Implements maintenance management programs in a large operating region. Provides general support of continuous improvement and maintenance management techniques and facilitates application of those techniques within the region. Collects, reviews, selects, and introduces to the organization new tools and management methods which enhance performance. Recommends training, tools, and methods for the region, PSL, and other business units. Provides input to special projects/teams as required. Interfaces with customers, standardization bodies, and industry associations on maintenance/certification matters. Develops, implements, and monitors maintenance strategies and initiatives. Aligns the maintenance management function with the performance needs of the business units. Leads/facilitates teams relative to the design of measurement, monitoring and improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Work under stressful circumstances and meets shorts suspense dates

  • Must be physically capable of performing the work in conditions of extreme temperatures, low humidity, rain and blowing sand and dust

  • May be required to work on uncommon hours of duty, extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a military operator’s permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate

  • Must possess a valid State Real ID

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation: $100,500 - $150,700 USD Annual

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
