Job Description

We're looking for a detail-driven Process Testing Lead who shares our innovation and customer-first thinking.

Our team's mission is to ensure every LCS offering is thoroughly tested and launch-ready—upholding the quality, reliability, and trust our customers expect. You will have experience with quality and will help guide operational efficiency and integrity.

The Process Testing Lead is an important member of the LCS Operational Excellence team. You will report to the Business Process Excellence Manager and will manage the operational and delivery testing for all Lifecycle Services offerings. The Process Testing Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and building testing activities for new offerings, system enhancements, or process changes. You will ensure that all testing phases—from initiation through release—are completed with input from partners, and that the final product meets operational and delivery readiness standards.

Reporting to LCS Business Process Excellence Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will maintain test plans, test cases, and test schedules in collaboration with regional partners and project teams.
  • You will coordinate and monitor all phases of testing (implementation, user acceptance).
  • You will be the primary contact for all testing-related activities across LCS.
  • You will ensure test environments are configured and ready for testing execution.
  • You will report on testing progress, defects, and outcomes to partners.
  • You will facilitate defect assessment meetings and ensure resolution of issues.
  • You will collaborate with developers, partners, subject matter experts and sponsors to validate test results.
  • You will maintain documentation of testing procedures, results, and lessons learned.
  • You will support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in QA Coordination, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or 2-year equivalent experience.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience evaluating business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills to oversee testing programs, including project scheduling and risk management.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis using data visualization tools.
  • Experience with LCS ERP systems and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or UAT, though not mandatory.
  • Experience/in-depth knowledge of LCS offerings, though not mandatory.
