The Distribution Center Manager oversees all day-to-day operations of our Lawrenceburg Kentucky Plant, ensuring efficient receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This role is responsible for maintaining safety standards, driving continuous improvement through Kanban and lean methodologies, and directly assisting the Supply Chain Manager with operational reporting, analytics, and strategic planning initiatives. This position may be required to support other roles under Supply Chain.

• Direct and coordinate all distribution center operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily throughput and accuracy targets.
• Manage warehouse space allocation analysis to optimize storage utilization, slotting efficiency, and product flow across all zones.
• Implement and maintain Kanban systems to control inventory replenishment, reduce waste, and support just-in-time workflows within the facility.
• Utilize SAP ERP for inventory management, goods receipt/issue processing, transfer orders, customer orders and warehouse task execution.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP including storage bins, material records, and warehouse structures.
• Leverage SAP reporting and transaction tools to monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, fill rate, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily & monthly cycle counts to reconciliation.
• Reconcile Invoices using 3 way match methods.
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager with the preparation, analysis, and presentation of weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct space allocation analysis using Excel and SAP data to identify optimization opportunities and support capacity planning.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and data summaries as requested by the Supply Chain Manager for executive review and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and hourly associates across multiple shifts.
• Builds high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and engagement.
• Partners effectively with Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in coordination with Human Resources
