Law Clerk - Judge - Dubow, Alice B

This position requires legal research, legal analysis, and drafting of memoranda, opinions, and other dispositions of issues raised on appeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Typical Duties

  • Review appellate briefs, certified records, trial court opinions and court dockets.
  • Research legal and procedural issues presented on appeal.
  •  Draft memoranda, opinions and orders, as assigned.
  • Perform related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • J.D. from accredited U.S. Law School.
  • 3 years’ legal experience with extensive writing, preferably in appellate law.
  • Admission, in good standing, to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania or admission to the Bar within 12 months of appointment.
  • Prior clerkship experience helpful.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check required.

Starting Salary Range

$68,083-$80,925
