Job Description
What You Will Do
- Supervise daily laundry operations—sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and delivering linen with military precision.
- Lead and coach the laundry team to meet cleanliness, efficiency, and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment and supplies to keep everything running smoothly (and smelling fresh).
- Support scheduling, supply orders, and training to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
- Partner with housekeeping and other departments to ensure linen and terry are available when and where they’re needed.
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ months of laundry or housekeeping experience – You’ve handled linens and led by example.
- High school diploma or equivalent – A solid base for managing people and processes.
- Basic computer skills – For schedules, supply logs, and operational reporting.
- Physically capable – Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle the heat (literally).
- Flexible availability – Days, nights, weekends, holidays—fresh laundry never takes a day off.
