Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our exceptional team.

About the role:

As a Laundry Attendant, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel operation by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, care and presentation. You will be responsible for the collection, cleaning and organised storage of hotel linen, while also supporting the Room Attendant team and assisting with the care of guest clothing.

What you will do

• Collect, sort and process hotel linen in line with Four Seasons standards
• Support Room Attendants by removing used linen from guest floors
• Clean, press and finish guest garments with exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry and linen storage areas
• Work closely with the Laundry Valet team to ensure smooth daily operations

What you bring

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering high quality service
• The Right to Work in the UK

• £43,000 annual package inclusive of base salary and service charge
• 40 hour working week
