The Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues from a variety of backgrounds—territory leaders, site leaders, and cross-functional teams like marketing, security, corporate health and safety, CIO, and human resources. Project execution and reporting
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
Lead diverse teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team! If you’re passionate about real estate projects and facilities operations, and you love working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsabilities:
Leadership: You have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate projects, and experience in facilities operations is a plus.
Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or real estate.
Project Management: You bring deep knowledge of project management (certification is desirable), capital planning, and vendor management.
Financial Acumen: You have a proven track record of managing budgets of $2M or more.
Multitasking: You can define and execute multiple concurrent projects with excellence.
Communication: You’re an excellent communicator who can connect with colleagues at all levels
Analytical Skills: You’re skilled in forecasting, investment planning, and audit compliance.
Teamwork: You’ve demonstrated your ability to lead diverse regional teams and influence across matrixed organizations.
Organization: You possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
