The Agentic Onboarding and Learning Delivery team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented intern to support the delivery of world-class onboarding and learning experiences for employees across Latin America and globally. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in learning design, program coordination, and employee enablement while working alongside experienced learning professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding programs for new hires in the LATAM region, as well as virtual support globally
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and digital content
  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding and talent experience events, including scheduling, communications, and participant tracking
  • Gather feedback from participants and analyze data to help improve learning programs
  • Help facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions and workshops
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as updating learning management systems, deck presentations, creating reports, and managing calendars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing the employee learning experience
  • Help maintain documentation and resources for ongoing learning programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with graduation date between June 2027 and December 2027
  • English advanced
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Passion for learning, development, and employee experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content development
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, training, or education is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Previous experience coordinating events or programs is a plus
