The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for over-seeing landscapers/groundkeepers who maintain the landscapes around the property and to also maintain equipment used on the job sites. It is also expected for the Landscaping Supervisor to assist in training regarding safety practices for using landscaping equipment, pesticides and other chemicals. The qualified candidate must have the ability to anticipate guests’ needs and provide customized service that enhances the guests’ experience.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best in class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take direction and follow through on assignments. This is an excellent position for someone interested in advancing their skills in leadership and Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
The ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of all staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
The ability to execute all tasks of each position in the department and assist as needed.
The ability to ensure the proper use of and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used by the department.
The ability to ensure the neatness, cleanliness and order of the department area and storage areas.
The ability to maintain controls against theft and waste.
The ability to oversee and complete special projects.
The ability to assure proper safety procedures and precaution.
The ability to evaluate standards execution of the staff
The ability to ensure timely completion of all projects.
The ability to assist in setting up and carrying out inventories.
The ability to assist in maintaining all equipment and in proper working order; ensures and controls usage of supplies.
What you bring:
Two years’ previous experience in Landscaping roles; previous employment experience within a luxury hotel is considered an asset
Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:
• Successful candidates will be hired as a regular, full time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work day, evening, holidays, and/or weekends.
