The Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is looking for a Landscape Specialist – Projects who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Landscaping team plays a vital role in preserving the natural beauty of Kaʻūpūlehu while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role supports landscape and site-amenity improvement projects across the Resort, Hotel, Association, and Residential areas — ensuring all work reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to quality, safety, and the Golden Rule.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work within a two-person (or larger) project team to complete landscape repairs, enhancements, and improvement projects
Perform heavy digging, demolition, concrete flatwork, and rock wall construction
Restore landscape or hardscape areas following repairs or rerouting work
Install, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage landscape lighting
Remove trees and plants (not pruning) and redesign landscape areas as assigned
Address drainage concerns and expose damaged utility lines when needed
Clean the beach path each morning (Monday–Friday) and remove heavy sand during high surf
Assist external contractors to reduce costs and expedite projects
Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and daily work logs
Support resort-wide labor needs including large-scale cleanups, office moves, and special events

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Valid Drivers’ License & clear traffic abstract
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Equivalent combination of education and hands-on landscape or construction experience accepted
Background working with local contractors, especially in landscape construction and enhancement
Experience completing detailed project work within a team environment
Ability to follow direction, accept responsibility, and meet established standards
Ability to safely perform continuous outdoor physical labor
Lift and carry 50–100 lbs frequently
Use manual tools and powered equipment responsibly
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Maintain a positive, adaptable mindset in changing weather and shifting priorities
