Job Description

What You Will Do: • Keep our property looking sharp by watering, fertilizing, trimming, and planting beautiful landscaping. • Operate lawn mowers, snowplows, hand tools, and vehicles to maintain grounds efficiently and safely. • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment to keep things running smoothly. • Remove trash daily from sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas to keep the space clean and inviting. • Take on special projects and other tasks to ensure the grounds meet brand standards and regulations. What We Are Looking For: • Prior experience in landscaping and groundskeeping—because we need someone who knows their way around a mower and a weed whacker. • Ability to safely operate various grounds equipment—because safety and efficiency go hand in hand. • Knowledge of landscaping chemicals and pesticides—to keep our greenery healthy and our guests safe. • Experience with irrigation repair and troubleshooting—because watering the lawn isn’t always straightforward. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts—because nature doesn’t keep office hours.
