Job Description:
- Uphold a high team standard of work with a safety-first mindset
- Perform general cleanup of the shop, yard, and machines, focusing on 5S and Caterpillar Contamination Control initiatives.
- Wash and detail equipment and service trucks
- Run parts and tooling to field sites to technicians, welders and machinist
- Perform tasks outside core competency, learn new skills as needed, complete tasks promptly, and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Assist mechanics where needed
Qualifications:
- Completion of grade 12
- Physical requirement ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills.
- Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in workplace safety, hazard evaluation, and pre-work task planning
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels
- Desire to be part of a world-class team focused on achieving results

- This position is based in Regina on a 7x7 continuous shift rotation
