The Position

Laborer

Job Summary

The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient plant while also supporting the overall operations.

On any given day (shift), the duties and responsibilities could include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performs various physical duties as assigned

• Maintain all safety standards

• Cleaning up spills and broken bags

• Sweeping

• Shoveling

• Brooming

• Using vacuums

• Refeed

• Packaging

• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Attention to detail and staying alert at all times to ensure safety

• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

• Shift Work

• High School Diploma or GED

The above sets forth the major work performed.  It is understood that other related work, not specifically listed, may from time to time be assigned by the Supervisor

WAGE: $20.80/PER HOUR

May 1, 2026 increase to $21.53/per hour
