Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory, including the employment of laboratory personnel who are competent to perform test procedures, and record and report test results promptly, accurately, and proficiently, and for assuring compliance with the applicable regulations.

In this role, you will:
Directly supervise and delegate responsibilities as appropriate to Department Supervisors.
Be responsible for the overall daily and financial operation of the laboratory.
Developing and approving department specific policies
Participating in the development and approval of laboratory wide policies and procedures.
Ensure all laboratory policies and procedures are followed.
Accepting and supporting activities delegated by the Medical Director and Director of Technical Laboratory Operations
All you will need is:
Bachelor / equivalent degree in the science or education to meet CLIA/CAP regulations.
Minimum 10 years laboratory experience. ASCP certification preferred. Leadership skills and supervisory abilities.
