Job Description
Based in the Costa Rica Shared Service Center as part of the Asset Management Services, the Data Integrity Program Administration team enables customer facing support by running program adjustments, validating data, driving database consistency, and setting framework for high data quality in a multi-cultural customer service environment.
The team is responsible for data entry and its quality within an asset management database, supervise database interfaces, fix issues, drive awareness, and highlight detailed problems.
Major areas of responsibility:
- Conduct site operations in accordance with terms and conditions of program contract and Statement of Work
- Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients, service vendors and Thermo Fisher staff.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met specific to asset management and services program to include all facets of inventory management through provided tools.
- Responsible for managing and performing program changes within Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including Asset Lifecycle Management and Adds, Changes and Deletes, within agreed SLA.
- Responsible for accurate data input to client CMMS database to include service requests and job entries.
- Support management of shared Data Integrity email mailbox
- Support inventory management by maintaining the database and validating data.
- Drive consistency by reviewing data and addressing errors to achieve targets set by critical metrics.
- Ensure SOP/WI alignment and/or drive documented changes according to business needs.
- Ability to identify specific problems, determine desired result, and the necessary tasks needed to solve the problems.
- Independently make decisions and use available resources to meet customer requirements.
- Support action plans and tracking mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in PPI project teams as assigned to improve business performance.
- Adhere to all Thermo Fisher and customer security and safety procedures.
- Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Thermo Fisher Scientific employees, customers, and representatives. Assures the highest level of customer satisfaction with Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
- Other appropriate duties as assigned by Thermo Fisher management.
- Travel to multiple client locations as applicable to support account needs (< 5%).
Required education/experience:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of Industry experience of working in relevant systems (CMMS,SAP)
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Proficiency of the English language and effective open communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and presentation software.
