What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll blend hands-on lab work with coordination responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform a wide range of routine and specialized diagnostic laboratory tests
  • Prepare and process specimens for microscopic examination and advanced testing
  • Operate and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation
  • Ensure compliance through quality control and quality assurance procedures
  • Accurately record and manage lab results in designated systems
  • Uphold strict safety, privacy, and biohazard protocols

What You Bring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of hospital lab experience preferred
  • Experience:
    • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
    • Strong understanding of laboratory quality and safety standards
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Required Certification

  • Valid certification as one of the following:
    • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
    • Medical Technologist (MT)
    • Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
