Job Responsibilities
* Execute a variety of laboratory tests on hardware, software, and integrated systems according to established protocols and test plans.
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting minor issues.
* Collect, record, and organize test data accurately and efficiently, utilizing appropriate software and tools.
* Analyze test results to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare detailed test reports, summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand product requirements and test objectives.
* Identify and document non-conforming products or processes and assist in root cause analysis.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices within the laboratory environment.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing procedures and methodologies.
* Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping of the laboratory area.

Job Qualifications
* Associate's degree in a technical field such as Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or quality assurance testing environment, preferably within manufacturing or technology.
* Proficiency in operating various testing equipment and instruments.
