Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate looking to master the complexity of aircraft systems at the leading edge of flight simulation?

An exciting opportunity for a Lab Test Means (LTM) Engineer has opened within the Lab Test Means department.. You will be at the heart of aircraft development, responsible for the evolution, correction, and optimization of Single Aisle (SA) simulators.

We believe in continuous development. You will start by working alongside seasoned SA Simulator Lead Engineers, gaining the hands-on experience needed to eventually lead projects autonomously.

 

Task & accountabilities :

Your core mission will include : 

 

  • Architecture: Defining technically and economically viable architecture solutions within project timelines.

  • Coordination: Leading the implementation and verification of hardware and software corrections & evolutions for our simulators.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex hardware/software issues to maintain high simulator availability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively enhancing internal workflows and "ways of working."

  • Systems Integration: Building your Multi-ATA knowledge by mastering the full system view, that can include real and simulated aircraft systems, wiring, electrical/electronics, mechanical/hydraulic or software aspects.



Required skills :

We aren't looking for a unicorn who knows everything on day one. We are looking for a resilient, curious engineer with a growth mindset, constantly updating his/her technical knowledge.

The essentials:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 

  • Soft Skills: A strong team spirit, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving. 

  • Communication: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to bridge gaps between technical specialists.

  • Languages: Good level of English, French is mandatory

First experience in testing would be a plus.
