Vous êtes technicien(ne) de laboratoire et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement stimulant, au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine ? Vous avez un intérêt pour la biologie moléculaire, la génétique ou la microbiologie et recherchez un poste polyvalent en CDI ? Rejoignez-nous!

Dans le cadre d’une activité spécialisée dans le dépistage de maladies infectieuses, vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du processus analytique, de la réception des échantillons jusqu’à la transmission des résultats.

Vos missions

• Assurer la réception et la traçabilité des échantillons
• Réaliser les manipulations techniques : extraction ADN/ARN, PCR, qPCR, PCR multiplex, électrophorèse capillaire
• Effectuer les contrôles qualité
• Analyser et transmettre les résultats
• Veiller au respect des procédures et standards qualité du laboratoire
• Participer à l’entretien des équipements et au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire
• Vous serez garant(e) de la fiabilité, de la qualité et de la traçabilité des analyses réalisées au laboratoire.

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac +2/+3 : BTS, DUT/BUT Biotechnologies, microbiologie ou équivalent
• Une spécialisation en génétique/biotechnologie ou une première expérience en biologie moléculaire (PCR/qPCR) serait appréciée
• Des notions d’anglais ou d’allemand constituent un plus
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
• Organisation, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’équipe sont indispensables

Ce que nous proposons

• CDI à temps plein (35h/semaine)
• Horaires : 8h30 – 16h30, du lundi au vendredi
• Poste basé à La Tour-de-Salvagny (Rhône – 69)

À noter : aucune manipulation d’animaux vivants, uniquement des échantillons biologiques.
