Role Summary
Keep the Intrinsic Reliability lab running. Maintain & calibrate tools, keep documentation current, manage bookings and stock, and support scripted measurements on a wafer prober when instructed.
Core Responsibilities
• Maintain and calibrate lab tools; track due dates in Common Maintenance Support; log service history.
• Create/update safety protocols, tool manuals, and quick-start guides (version-controlled).
• Administer tool reservations and user access/qualification.
• Monitor inventory; raise/track PRs; receive and verify deliveries.
• Keep lab audit-ready: ESD checks, housekeeping, clear labels/signage.
• Coordinate vendors and Facilities/IT/Environment Health Safety for repairs, utilities, and inspections.
• Run scripted IV/CV/parametric measurements on a wafer prober as instructed, log data and anomalies.
• Train users on Safety protocols and reservation rules.
• Capture issues, escalate risks early, and close actions promptly.
• Drive small continuous improvements and report basic KPIs.
Education
• MBO/HBO (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering , Physics
Preferred Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years in a lab/test/production environment (semiconductor/reliability a plus).
• Basic familiarity with SMUs/parametric analyzers and probe stations/wafer probers.
• Able to read connection/wiring diagrams and follow Safety Protocols precisely.
• Comfortable with Excel and collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams).
• Knowledge of ESD

Nice to Have
• Experience with IR tests (Wafer level reliability) and burn-in fixtures.

• Cleanroom etiquette; ESD/BHV certifications
Working Conditions
• Hands-on lab role; standing; occasional lifting up to ~15–20 kg.
• Occasional off-hours work for tool downtime; possible on-call during critical runs.
