Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Lab Technician – MT Student performs in-vitro analysis of biologic specimens according to the procedures established for routine and specialized areas of the laboratory. The Lab Technician – MT Student participates in the supportive functions of quality control, instrument operation, limited troubleshooting, teaching, and limited problem resolution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Enrolled in Marshfield Labs Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology Program

Preferred/Optional: None

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum Required: Current knowledge of lab procedures, policies, and equipment.

Preferred/Optional: None
