Job Description Summary:
This position provides supervision for the department (s) of OhioHealth Laboratory Services.Responsibilities And Duties:
30% Supervises and directs department technical operations and human resources. Acts as liaison resolving operational and technical problems within and between departments. Investigates specimen problems, service complaints and delays in testing. Develops and implements new procedures and processes to improve function and productivity. Maintains appropriate documents and practices for regulatory compliance.Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree
ASCP or equivalent certification required within two years of hire
